finally there is time for me to blog. alright finally 7days had past. well this 7 days seriously very hard to past. tired, physically and mentally tired. 7 days of vegetarian, my small uncle and us (bro and me) will joke and said this is pork, this is "mai pian prawn" but the pork is "tao kee" and the prawn is mushroom. LOL. this wake can see how ugly a person can be. but i must praised my dad, he stayed throughout the 7 nights till morning. every morning around 7 or 8+ reached home sleep till 11 or noon, bath and go down Toa Payoh.
my dad's brothers except for the first, though he went home on the first day but the rest all said want to stay yes they did stayed during their turn but all stayed till 2 or 3am they go to the car and sleep. okay maybe my dad and my first uncle got sleep but they just take a 1 or 2 hours nap. all my grandmother's sons, all said rotate but 6 nights my first uncle and my dad stayed throughout. as for the wives, rotate as well, accompanied my mum for 2 nights stayed. even we didnt "shou ye" we also stayed till 11plus than go home.
lucky Mr Ngiam, the boy with braces and Mr sotong came during the last night. relatives said last night everyone must stayed but in the end, not to mention which family went home, and some went up sleep. the only survivor was my family. seriously at around 12 or 1 plus i really cannot tahan, so the boy with braces and me played 21 and big and small while the 2 guys go to Malaysia. the fun part is losers eat peanuts! LOL. yes first round i won he ate around 10+ peanuts but second time i eat la. hahaha. when the 2 guys came back we played mahjong. players are Mr Ngiam, Mr sotong, my bro and me! sometimes the boy with braces take over, cause he busy playing with the stray cat!!!! oh man the cat sometimes whine at him oh man! cannot tahan the cat!
we played till 5plus am and we together with my bro went to Toa Payoh central to eat MacDonald breakfast. after that they vroom vroom home and bro and me went to buy breakfast for my first uncle. oh ya every time my dad walked past and stand behind me to see my tiles that round i confirm win. HAHA. although we never played money but still happy. LOL.
as for 1st day to 5th days my bro and me was entertained by Damian and Claire. we played uno. (: but some days i went to school as usual because morning till afternoon there is no monks come. Wednesday and Thursday i didnt go to school. Thursday reason is tired, really tired although i slept from 8pm till Thursday morning 8+am.
my gong gong said want to publish my po po's wake in the Chinese newspaper and yes we did. but is like expensive, 2k plus but the size is like a bit smaller than half of A4. and my bro a bit dislike they put his Chinese name. LOL. rest in peace po po. miss you! will update Chinese New Year post soon. (:
